My current feeling:
Grateful.
My current thoughts are:
Got to spend the day with R yesterday for her birthday. We met in London and went to the Six Wives exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery. We looked around the rest as well, before finding somewhere to eat. She was on good form once she got chatting and as always, tells me something I didn’t know. Its always educational, spending time with her. We had a brief circuit of Covent Garden before going our separate ways. I’m grateful she spent some time with us on her birthday. I’m grateful for the person she has become and what she’s achieved so far.
My physical state is:
Stiff.
My physical state is a result of:
A lot of walking and standing about. I did start to get back ache after a while, but it soon went after a sit down. I got some energy back once we’d been home a little while and stayed awake until the early hours, watching a film.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Ensure everything is up to date at work. Only a two day week for me.
2) I’ve prepped some excellent food or this week.
3) Listen to one of the new podcasts R told me about yesterday.
My desired emotion for today is:
Reserved.

Hustle.

Plans.
My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Have a day off before we go away for a long weekend to write two reports. Have plans to make that day productive whilst C is out ringing.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
Need to get these reports in. Glad I booked the extra day.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Get me to as good a point as possible before checking into a new cycle on Friday. Will take my measurements on Thursday morning and give myself a good start to this week.
