Relaxed

My current feeling:
Relaxed.

My current thoughts are:
Day at home to do some admin before we go away for a long weekend of ringing. C is off out ringing all morning and possibly staying out for lunch so I can potter about as I please. I have prepped food for my breakfast, snack and lunch, so self catered. I’ll have plenty of time this afternoon for a full workout, maybe even throw in an extra short one or two as well. Then sort out clothes later for packing. Time for reading and relaxing too.

My physical state is:
Shaky.

My physical state is a result of:
I had the shakes after yesterday’s workout. I used my heavier weights for some exercises again and I could feel my arms twitching and shaking for ages afterwards. I also felt a little sick too, especially during the abs section. Maybe just because it’s that time of the month. But glad I’m lifting heavier for more of the exercises now.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Crossing off some major admin tasks.
2) Allowing time to read and relax.
3) Workout as much as I can today.

My desired emotion for today is:
Accomplished.

I am a woman who:
Gets things done.

Today I will let go of:
Procrastination.

Today I choose to add:
Action.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
I listened to the new SOSI spinoff podcast episode yesterday called Why Don’t You… this one was about dressing for yourself not others. I used to live in ringing polo shirts every evening, ringing or not,  until I started my SOSI style journey and decided I didn’t have to wear ringing polo shirts, not even for ringing. I put them all away and now, very rarely wear on at all.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I have upgraded my style and my wardrobe signifactly in the last 2 years and got a better idea of styles and colours that suit. I wear a lot more feminine items, classically chic, sometimes a little more sexy. I get no feedback from C at all about anything I wear, so never bother asking his opinion or approval. I always dress for the way I want to feel or the story I want to tell about myself.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
I’d be packing for a long weekend away with lots of ringing. Most of it will be jeans and tshirts, but I’ll be packing changes of clothes for the evenings, and something elegant for Saturday evening’s dinner. I want to look and feel amazing.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Attitude is everything. I’ll be clearing some major admin tasks today that have been hanging around a while. I’ll be taking care of my body through exercise and eating well. I’ll be positive about the weekend and enjoy being fabulous.
