My current feeling:
Thrilled.

My current thoughts are:
Got so much done yesterday. C was out all morning which meant I could get on the computer and deal with lots of admin. I cleared all emails that required action. I wrote two reports. I phoned one of the venues for the AGM to check the booking. I had some time to read. I ate well. I drank lots of water. I did a full on, full throttle workout. I got on the scales this morning and have lost mother lb. Now the lowest I’ve been again since 2019.

My physical state is:
Energised.

My physical state is a result of:
Really got into yesterdays workout, even the 100 rep finisher. All bar the burpees. Lost another lb so that’s put my check in stats in a good place although not really lost any cms.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Not let certain people get to me this weekend.
2) Try to ring some new, or not rung often methods.
3) Eat as well as possible throughout the day.

My desired emotion for today is:
Flow.

I am a woman who:
Will go with the flow and see what happens.

Today I will let go of:
Inferiority.

Today I choose to add:
Neutrality.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
So pleased to have cleared all my actions, reports, emails and annoying to do things yesterday. Means I don’t need to worry about anything over the weekend. Then I have all next week to do anything else.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
Some of these actions have been around a while and slipped Now their original due date, but without consequence. Was good to finally clear them.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Peace of mind. Not caring about other people’s insecurities.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
I’m taller, youger, fitter, healthier, more fun and all round better.
