Renewed

My current feeling:
Renewed.

My current thoughts are:
Just checked into the next Body Coach app cycle and reviewed the workouts and recipes. Think I’m going to enjoy this one. Shame I can’t start until Monday, but at least I will be able to workout every day (except Wednesday) next week. Can’t quite believe I’m on the 10th advanced cycle. Ok, I don’t necessarily do every exercise, and I average 3 workouts per week, but at least I’m keeping going.

My physical state is:
Sweaty.

My physical state is a result of:
Its hot and sticky. Did a lot of walking yesterday which was good for getting my step count up. None of yesterday’s ringing seems to be registering as sport, but then I’m only ringing once at each tower for about 5 minutes.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Learn and relearn another few methods for today.
2) Try not to eat so much today.
3) Look fabulous tonight when we have the more formal dinner.

My desired emotion for today is:
Nonchalant.

I am a woman who:
doesn’t care what others think.

Today I will let go of:
worry.

Today I choose to add:
sunshine.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Rang two new methods (to me) yesterday, without error. And actually quite enjoyed it.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I can learn things when I want to and am in the right frame of mind.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Very dehydrated. Drank loads of water in the curry house last night that had nothing to do with how spicy the curry was.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
I purposefully didn’t pack any shorts because I thought it wasn’t gowing to be that hot. The last 2 days have been possibly the hottest so far. I ended up buying a pair of shorts in Cambridge as we were passing Next. It’s going to be hot and muggy today.
