My current thoughts are:
I now have 3 instagram accounts. Two are for accountability purposes only. One charts my Body Coach exercise and food plan journey. The new one I set up yesterday will document my SOSI style evolution. I know I’m already 2 years in but its still evolving as I change body shape and size as well, and my attitude towards what I wear changes. Listening to the Why Don’t You … podcast episodes so far has reinvigorated my desire to upgrade my style and learn more about what clothes and colours suit me both physically and align to the woman I want to be.

Feel like I need a damn good poop to get things shifted. I’ll hopefully do a workout before learners practice this evening. Its going to be a very hot, sweaty day.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Being accountable for what I wear and what l eat.
2) Seeing our learners again. It’s been 2 weeks since they last got to ring.
3) workout with this cycles 500 rep challenge.
My desired emotion for today is:
Cool.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Even though it was hot and sweaty last night, I did ring the tenor and mostly heavier bells. It registered on my watch as sport.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I could have done a workout before ringing as we didn’t have learners practice first, but in my mind Mondays are always rest days because of ringing.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Shopping my wardrobe. Mixing and matching outfits.
