My current thoughts are:
Did the 500 rep challenge worrkout yesterday. Modified some of the moves to what my body is capable of, eg. the burpees were swapped out for 10 reps of 5 different abs moves. I actually enjoyed it more than I thought I would. I did push hard and felt it a bit afterwards but was quite pleased with myself. I then went on to learners practice and they all had a good time back on the end of a rope for the first time in a couple of weeks. It was hot though.

I really felt good after yesterdays workout. It wasn’t against the clock as such, but tried to keep up with Joe most of the time. Some moves I started before he did just to finish around the same time. Considering how hot it was yesterday I was surprised at how easy it was to move. It was great to get energised after such a slow day.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Focussing on Nork stuff.
2) Eating well and staying hydrated.
3) Blasting another workout this evening.
My desired emotion for today is:
Happy.

Felt energised after a slow day. Good to interact with others having been on my own all day with no one to talk to.

I was complimented on my shape by one of our learners last night. He said I looked fit and toned, not in a weird way, he’s a fitness freak too so notices these sorts of things. It was nice to receive another unsolicited compliment. It only C would a) notice and b) say something, not that I’m doing it for his benefit.
