My current feeling:
Civilised.
My current thoughts are:
I was the opitomy of civilised company yesterday. I helped prep some of the food, I helped cook some of the BBQ, I played with Little E, and had several conversations with C’s exwife. I didn’t get antsy, I stayed away from the main group, cooking and giving M a chance to mingle with their guests. After everyone had gone, I helped clear up and put the garden furniture away. We walked back to our hotel, then E&M came to join us for a few beers after Little E had gone to bed and was being looked after by C’s ex and her current husband (#3).
My physical state is:
Lazy.
My physical state is a result of:
Lots of driving, sitting and standing around. The most exercise was the 14min walk from our hotel to E&Ms and back.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Wearing new, bright clothes that fit my current style upgrade.
2) Prepping healthy food for the week ahead when we get back home.
3) Looking at facial skin care products recommended by other SOSI ladies to see if they will agree with my skin.
My desired emotion for today is:
Elegant.
I am a woman who:
Dresses well.
Today I will let go of:
Mundane.
Today I choose to add:
Colour, sassiness and sexiness.
My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
I’ve found a few shops I like their clothes in terms of style, colour, fit and budget. It helps some of them take Blue Light Cards too, so extra off!
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I’ve started taking a daily outfit of the day photo and uploading it to another insta account. That was I can see the effect different styles, colours and shapes have on me.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
I need to be shifting some weight. I haven’t lost any in a while, and whilst I’m building lean muscle is one thing, I need to lose the belly fat and some serious lbs. Weigh in in less than 2 weeks.
Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Get back to calorie deficit planning as well as on plan eating. The plan doesn’t focus on calories but on helping fuel the body but I guess on the days I’m not exercising, I need to think about calories more.
