The renewed focus and determination has, at least, got off to a good start. Spent yesterday scheduling tasks as they cropped up, rewriting documents to reflect their actual purpose, engaging with social media content more instead of being a passive observer, and purposefully dressing my style. Felt so much more energised about things. Spent less time mindlessly scrolling or playing games.

After 4 days of no workouts, I’m ready to get one in the bag tonight. Toss up between cycle workout or try some of the new energiser sessions.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Dressing to my style and accessorising well.
2) Maintaining healthy nutrition and exercise.
3) Remaining focussed on priorities.

Focussed.

New purchases from River Island have been amazing. I feel really good in today’s dress.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I can afford to buy new things. Even if I don’t need them. the new clothes I’ve been buying recently have all been a size smaller then previously. The weight I have lost is staying off, all bar the odd fluctuation.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Deepen the resolve of renewed reinvigoration.
