My current feeling:
Anxious.

My current thoughts are:
I have the data now for the CCCBR AGM bookings and need to manipulate them into figures for booking catering etc. Then contact the venues and ensure it’s all booked ok and invoices raised and paid quickly.

My physical state is:
Weak.

My physical state is a result of:
Feeling a bit feeble. The soles of my feet hurt and my arms feel quite weedy. Fortunately we don’t have ringing this evening so I’ll be able to do a workout, depending on how much I can lift my dumbells!

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Wearing a bodycon dress and feeling slimline.
2) Looking at all the data and prepping booking emails.
3) first workout of the week.

My desired emotion for today is:
Practical.

I am a woman who:
Can organise things.

Today I will let go of:
being ghosted.

Today I choose to add:
strength.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Last night was a hot, sweaty and we only rang 8 bells all night. I asked if we could ring some more London Major to help it stick in my mind.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I actually quite like it now. We rang a Bob Course and apart from a couple of minor hesitations I rang it well. Pleased with that.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Get catering emails out, then follow up with phone calls.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
The details of the AGM are almost finalised now. There’s little more after that I can do except sit back and wait for it all to happen.
