My current feeling:
Fantastic.

My current thoughts are:
Got the data together and sent off the catering requirements for the CCCBR AGM weekend last night. That’s one major element achieved. I will phone both venues towards the end of the week to make sure they’ve received it all ok and we can pay the outstanding invoices. No learners practice last night so I was able to do a full 40 min workout.

My physical state is:
Strong.

My physical state is a result of:
Considering how I felt at the beginning of the day I didn’t think I’d have much strength for a dumbell walkout but I did every move, every rep and to the full extent. Even the pushing the arms out then up, and a fly press, and the full sit ups. It actually seemed easy.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Looking glamorous in a hot pink bodycon dress with pearls.
2) Smashing another full energy workout.
3) Drafting a paper for someone at work.

My desired emotion for today is:
Energised.

I am a woman who:
gets it done.

Today I will let go of:
Procrastination.

Today I choose to add:
Delivery.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
C has finally booked the weekend break I gave him last Christmas. He’s added a couple of extra days on so we’ll be away for 4 nights in Lincolnshire.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
That’ll be the only proper holiday this year. Better than nothing but have to wait until November. The hotel looks nice though. And even after all the holidays I have booked, I still have over a week’s leave left to book.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Tummy needs toning. Need to make sure I’m maxing out the abs exercises.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Looking better and feeling the best I’ve felt in a very long time. Wasted on some people but never mind.
