My current thoughts are:
Was happy to have finally fixed an issue at work which now means everything outstanding from the scanning project has been completed. That was a big win. I had a coaching call and the coachee was blown away by how the first session went and can already see how she can change things for the better. Another big win. Then I did a tough workout and did every move, every rep. I even did proper, full body pushups from the floor. I also gave a proper burpee a go. I stepped out but managed to do a half jump back in. Massive wins.

My arms took a battering again in last nights workout. I used my 5kg weights throughout. I did proper push ups and almost did a proper, jumpy burpee.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Wearing a beautiful, clean, classic outfit of white trousers and a shoulderless, crisscross halter top
2) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
3) Strong workout.
My desired emotion for today is:
Strong.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
My pushups and burpees were definitely a highlight. I was so chuffed.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I’d been doing pushups either from my knees or inclined on the stairs. I’d only ever done walk out half burpees if at all, or swapped them out for something else. I was determined to give them a proper go. The pushups were quite easy. The burpees still too jumpy at the moment but at least a progression towards full, proper ones.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
If push ups and burpees are in tonights workout I’ll give them another proper go. I will plan and consider my weekend outfits to look classically relaxed but practical as we’ve got lots of ringing.
