Dynamic

My current feeling:
Dynamic.

My current thoughts are:
Got loads done yesterday. More than I thought I would and more than I had probably planned. I was on a roll. Lots of generic emails done before going ringing in the morning. Finished the ironing pile after ringing. Made all my breakfasts and lunches for the week ahead. Then settled down for more hardcore admin. I did the AGM weekend accounts, sent invoices, worked out numbers for each of the different events over the weekend, and looked at the CCCBR Cashflow forecast and sent corrections. Then went ringing again to score a quarter peal. Did a tiny bit more admin when we got home, then settled down for the rest of the evening.

My physical state is:
Lethargic.

My physical state is a result of:
Walking and 2 lots of bellringing is enough to count as my exerise for the day but the rest of my body didn’t get to workout. I did a 50 second I hold when I went to bed.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Trying new recipes from the app.
2) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
3) Fun learners practice.

My desired emotion for today is:
Productive.

I am a woman who:
Is going through the motions.

Today I will let go of:
Expectation.

Today I choose to add:
Positivity.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Actually felt good to get all that admin done yesterday. It needed to be done sooner rather than later and I was clearly in flow and able to crack on. Felt very accomplished at the end of the day.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
These things had to be done and I was in the right frame of mind to get on with them. Even responding to the 2 emails that had slightly triggered anxiety in me I was able to respond to calmly and succinctly.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Need to keep that focus up and carry it through to work things and keep the momentum going in the last throws before the AGM.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Focus, focus, focus.
