My current thoughts are:
I did the next new workout in my cycle last night and without batting an eyelid I did full bodily renegade rows and pushups. I was halfway through the first set of rows when I suddenly realised I wasn’t on my knees. My smile spread from there and kept going through all 3 rounds. I even used my 5kg dumbells throughout. Just goes to show what persistance and consistency can do. I even held a one minute V hold, hardly shaking.
My physical state is:
Awesome.
My physical state is a result of:
Perseverance and showing up, even on days I don’t feel like it. Pushing harder and not giving in too easily.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Looking and feeling amazing in my outfit.
2) Completing a couple of work tasks given to me by my boss.
3) Continuing with the new cycle, new workouts, giving it everything I’ve got.
My desired emotion for today is:
Self love.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
I’m wearing a bodycon dress from River Island with a wide belt to cinch in at the waist. I feel great in it and I think it flatters my evolving shape.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
My arms are noticeably more defined. My stomach is getting flatter and my overall vibe is sexier.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Find outfits ready for a full, long weekend of ringing that are practical, comfortable, get stylish and a little bit sexy.
