We scored yesterday’s peal, despite the same person as the day before creating near catastrophic errors again. It seemed mildly easier to ring, the bells go better, but it still seemed to take too long! When we got home I got down to food prepping for the week ahead, including some snacks for our day out today.
My physical state is:
Recovered.

I don’t feel so heavy and achy today. Just as well, as another full day of ringing ahead, but it’ll be in short bursts.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Take prepared breakfast and snacks out to not get distracted by other things.
2) Enjoy the day ringing with others we don’t ring with often.
3) Decide what to wear to work tomorrow.
My desired emotion for today is:
Relaxed.

I had time to prep food for the week ahead and include snacks for today so I stay on plan as much as possible.

Prepping and planning is key. Set the intention and stick to it.
