My current thoughts are:
I’m facilitating a workshop today. It will involve getting site leads to review their current situation, recovery plans and results. It will be quite data driven and I expect there will be some blank faces around the room as I ask awkward questions they may not know the answers to but should. I woke up early and starting thinking about how the day will unfold. I just hope they all remember to show up in person.
My physical state is:
Ready.
My physical state is a result of:
Ready to get back to some workouts this week. Had a few days off due to lots of ringing but should be in a position to get focussed again this week.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Facilitate an exciting workshop.
2) Workout and eat nutritious food.
3) Relax into the week ahead.
My desired emotion for today is:
Inquisitive.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Quite enjoyed yesterday’s ringing outing. Some of the ringing was quite good, other bits less so with a mixed bag of capabilities. Less stress being driven about on a coach.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
Went with an open mind about the quality of ringing. With such a range of abilities, it was not always good, but there were some nice bits too. Keeping relaxed about it meant the poorer ringing didn’t actually bother me too much.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Get back into workouts and good food.
