Really good day facilitating a workshop with the Coding senior team yesterday. It pulled a few people up on their shortcomings and highlighted the seriousness of where we are as an organisation and where they are as a team currently under some scrutiny. By the time I got home it was nearly quitting time, so without a commute I had ample time for a workout before learners practice.

After a few days off my body struggled a bit during yesterdays workout. Some exercises I could hardly do for 40 seconds. I almost caved after the first 2 rounds but stuck with the last one, missing out the burpees.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
2) Looking amazing in a Zara bodycon dress.
3) Really pushing hard in tonights workout.
My desired emotion for today is:
Contentment.

I’m wearing a hard bodycon dress I bought sometime ago and have never worn.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
It has racer style cutout arms and really shows my shoulders and upper arms off well. It’s also a size smaller so really clingy and shows every curve. I’ve got hold it all in chub rub parts on so it’s controlling some of the belly fat. I feel really good it in and I don’t think I look too ridiculous.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Get back to maximum workouts this week and really focus on strength and core.
