My current feeling:
Incredible.

My current thoughts are:
I achieved so much yesterday, it’s incredible. My massage first thing was lovely. It really set me up for a chilled day. When I got home I got struck into admin. I cleared a lot of emails and prepped one with instructions for Reps on parking at various venues for next week. I got the Programme uploaded to the website for people to look at the schedule ahead of time. I prepped slide decks for the workgoup leads. I prepped slide decks for next years AGM, and to respond to a potential question about Roadshows. C sorted the poloshit order for me, packaging and labelling them. I got so much done my inbox is down to low double digits now. My financial adviser had sent through some paperwork and I read through all that and signed everything that needed signing, scanned it, and got it ready to return. I also did a transfer of £15,000 into the new pension account he’s set up. I’m pleased that ball is rolling in time for any redundancy outcome. I’ve cancelled the standing order to my savings accounts as that money will now be redirected to the new pension account. Another step towards my EG for this year – planning my early retirement. I did get to read, but not as much as I’d have liked. Then I spent the rest of the evening relaxing.

My physical state is:
Honed.

My physical state is a result of:
Really relaxing massage. I probably relaxed into it more this time than previously. I’m never sure whether to push against the pressure or let it overtake. I think I usually push against it so tried to not tense up so much this time. Whilst it was sad not to be working out my body enjoyed the rest day and my brain took over and smashed all that admin.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) CCCBR Exec and workgroup leads meetings this morning.
2) Bringing together everything else we need to take for next week.
3) Last workout of the week.

My desired emotion for today is:
Arcadian.

I am a woman who:
wants to be untroubled.

Today I will let go of:
Angst.

Today I choose to add:
Movement.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Achieved so much yesterday in will parts of life.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
So much self care, focus and progress made. Clearing the inbox to almost single figures felt amazing. Can’t remember the last time it was like that.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Be fully prepared for next weekend so as not to feel stressed over it all and able to enjoy some of it.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Plan for next week as far as possible and don’t get too disappointed at not being able to workout much, or food choices that can’t be managed.
