My current feeling:
Ready.
My current thoughts are:
For a short, 3 day working week. For the CCCBR AGM this weekend. I’ve done everything I can barring any late issues. For not being able to workout much this week. For not being able to eat well at the end of the week. I’ve prepped food for the next 3 days and hope I can do enough good so that it counteracts what’s to come.
My physical state is:
Sluggish.
My physical state is a result of:
Three lots of ringing with just a walk to and from the Cathedral in the morning. It all registered on my tracker but I don’t feel the same buzz as after a workout when you know you’ve worked your whole body hard.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Prep for tomorrow’s workshop.
2) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
3) Go with the flow at learners and normal practice tonight.
My desired emotion for today is:
Relaxed.
I am a woman who:
isnt going to get stressed about the weekend.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
We practiced a competition piece of ringing last night. It went Ok and I didn’t make any method mistakes. Several people did. Overall it was ok and of course anything can happen on the day.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
Others, more experienced than me, made mistakes, enough that could lose us the competition, so let’s hope they’ve got it out of their system now.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Make sure I’m prepared for tomorrow’s workslop so we can maximise the benefits of the session and produce a documented outcome.
