Better

My current feeling:
Better.

My current thoughts are:
Less bloated today, more energised, and a good workshop session followed by a good, hard workout. I came on yesterday morning and that seemed to help shift things in me so I was able to have a clear out, if you know what I mean. l ate well and on plan all day with no extras. Managed to get through a lot of information in yesterday’s workshop. Need to finish writing it up and circulate it for comment/correction before building the next piece of the puzzle. Enjoyed a full, hard workout when I got home. Really went for it, full chest to floor push ups, lots of squats. I did replace the burpees with more squats though. But, I did do the full plank thrusters and jacks. Learners practice was a blast. With these extra 3 people we were able to plain heat for G, places and dodging practice for M, and gave her her first certificate. Then I got them to pick a number and that’s how many times they had to ring the bell, then stand. All about practicing bell control. Everyone seemed to enjoy that game.

Energised.

My physical state is a result of:
After a productive day at work, and a hard workout, an energetic and lively learners practice, it was all a good day. Ready to push hard again in tonights workout.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Complete document from workshop.
2) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
3) Last workout before the weekend.

My desired emotion for today is:
Ready.

I am a woman who:
has everything sorted.

Today I will let go of:
anxiety.

Today I choose to add:
work.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
When you have focus and a purpose it’s easy to be energised and able to do more.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
The workshop yesterday was a really good use of time and meaningful. It will lead to submitting a business case for the project that will provide many efficiencies across the organisation so long as they can see past the initial investment.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Get everything ready for Exeter. Copy files to the laptop, make sure I have everyting I think I’ll need.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Try to enjoy the weekend and relax. What will be will be.
