My current thoughts are:
I listened back to the recording of the SOSI Diamond Day from Saturday. The subject was finding your sweet spot. I do need to go over it again and do the workbook and really lean into it, as at first glance there’s lots to learn and put into practice. I have been given a task to do at work which should be quite detailed but only last a couple of weeks. At least it’s something. Everything else I have keeps being shunted back. My best reward of the day was walking and working out.

I did the first two 15min workouts of the reset challenge which was enough to get me back in the swing after a week off. It felt good to stretch and do some bodyweight moves before launching back into hard cardio or HIIT.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Producing a draft document for work.
2) producing a Lessons learned report from the AGM weekend to circulate.
3) Getting back into my cycle workouts.
My desired emotion for today is:
Directed.

Atchiaphobia – the constant fear of being a failure or not good enough.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
I cleared some emails last night that had come in after the AGM and cleared anything relating to the weekend out of my inbox.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I want to try to be on top of things more and reply promptly. I want to be responsive to emails and concerns.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
I’ve lost one of the excess lbs I put on at the weekend, so want to continue that ahead of check in at the weekend.
