Optimistic

My current feeling:
Optimistic.

My current thoughts are:
I’ve set my intention for the week of sticking to food plan for every meal and at least 5 workouts. I say at least because I need to complete the last 3 workouts of the Reset Challenge. They’re 15mins each so can add them on to my cycle workouts. We are home all weekend so I want to try to keep to plan when usually we go off the rails a bit because we’re so busy, out and about.

My physical state is:
Anticipating.

My physical state is a result of:
Can’t make my mind up whether to do 2 of the Reset workouts and get them out of the way, or a new cycle one, then add the resets later in the week. I won’t have time this evening to do both.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Embracing the elegance of what I wear, say and do.
2) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
3) Catching up with a colleague.

My desired emotion for today is:
Charming.

I am a woman who:
Remembers her why.

Today I will let go of:
what others think.

Today I choose to add:
Politeness.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
I responded to some emails in a very considered way.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I was replying to some emails where my first instinct was to ask, whats it got to do with them, and why should we be bebolden to someone else. I managed to keep all of that out of my response by saying, we can take those suggestions on board if we think them appropriate.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Be more measured in my responses. Have more control over my emotions.

Take a breath and step back.
