My current feeling:
Opportunistic.
My current thoughts are:
Got to the cathedral last night for learners practice and there were about 20 people sat around chatting, eating pizza and cake with one of the clergy. Whilst we were waiting for others to join us, we ended up inviting these people up to have a look at some ringing and the bells. About 10 of them did and seemed to enjoy it. The group included the new organ scholar, who we’d met the previous evening, and the new Director of music, who only started last week. It was good to meet them and establish links. We had a really good relationship with the previous Director. I’m never one to miss an opportunity to evagalise about bells.

Completing an edit of the minutes from the CCCBR AGM.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I was sent the draft AGM minutes to review and didn’t think I’d get a chance before Friday, but when we got home from ringing I got straight onto the PC and got through it. There were an awful lot of grammatical errors.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Focus on getting things done.
Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Its food planning day for the week ahead. Will also look for choices for this weekend at home, so I don’t go off the rails.
