Circulated a draft document for comment that should help us get towards the next stage of a single scanning solution. From there we should have enough information to be able to engage with suppliers, to get costings and rough implementation plans.

Last nights workout was amazing. 30 moves in 30 minutes, 40s on 20s rest, full throttle. I did it all, even the dreaded burpees. I can definitely feel it in my upper arms and abs this morning. It was a brilliant mix of HIIT cardio, strength and abs, alternating between them. I really did enjoy it.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Learn about Smartsheets this morning.
2) Offer a coaching session.
3) Another amazing workout tonight, before ringing.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
Breakfasts, lunches and snacks on plan. Dinner from Pinch of Nom. Water intake on target (and some wine as it was Wednesday) and an epic workout.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Apparently we’re going to Costco tomorrow to stock the freezer up again. I’ll look out for some healthy items and workout stuff as well as potential Christmas gift ideas.

Aiming to stay on plan over the weekend. It will be hard because we don’t have any real plans and I haven’t really thought about food. I know C will probably want bacon butties one morning!
