Understanding

My current feeling:
Understanding.

My current thoughts are:
I now know why I have been feeling a bit fatigued and meh the last couple of days. My period arrived yesterday, with a bang. I don’t get other pre symptoms so its always a surprise when it does arrive, however, usually it’s a slow start, whereas yesterday was full flood. And it’s a week early, only 3 weeks since the last one.

My physical state is:
Energised.

My physical state is a result of:
Surprisingly though I felt energised and did a Kettlebell workout. I couldn’t keep going for the full 40 seconds on a lot of the moves, BUT, I did do full chest to floor burpees! I’ll take that as a win. And I felt better for exercising.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
2)  Workout #5 of this cycle.
3)  Wearing my favourite colour.

My desired emotion for today is:
Objective.

I am a woman who:
doesn’t take things personally.

Today I will let go of:
resentment.

Today I choose to add:
Leivity.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Hard work learners practice last night.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
There were only myself and C with the 2 learners this evening so what we could do with them was limited. We focussed on form and technique. We also tried them out at raising and lowering following another bell. It wasn’t great but not totally disasterous. I think they enjoyed it as something different.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
R is coming home tomorrow for a few days. I want to be inquisitive and find out all about her dissertation and when results are due, without being overbearing.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Relax into a busy weekend but with my favourite person home.
