My current thoughts are:
R is coming home for a few days. She’s due to arrive this afternoon. She’ll be with us for a few days and will need to come out with us a few times but I’m sure that’ll be ok, it will involve eating out. It will be lovely to hear her talk about her dissertation and any thought around what’s her next move, if she’s had any yet. I want her advice of programmes on Disney + to watch and just generally listen to her talk. She’s usually fascinating.
My physical state is:

My physical state is a result of:
Last nights workout was brilliant. A bodyweight set, a dumbell set and a kettlebell set, all stretched my capabilities. I did the in set burpees, fully and really brought on a hard sweat. I didn’t do the 5 minute burpee finisher though, swapping them out for some abs exercises instead. Bloody loved it.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Lunchtime wallk and podcast if it stays dry.
2) How to write business cases seminar.
3) Listening to R.
My desired emotion for today is:
Motherly.

The information and data is required for reporting progress against the digital priorities. I’ve been updating our own information but was asked to add it here so others can view and report on centrally.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Connection to R and my wider family. I’m not very good at communicating (and they aren’t with me either), so I don’t always know what’s going on in my family. Not that they bother to find out what’s going on with us either.
