My current thoughts are:
Got all my food prep done first thing and out of the way. R took her time getting up and out of her room. C had taken V back to her flat in London. He was back by midday but was going out ringing shortly other. R and I decided to go into town for some lunch then for a walk. Our walk took us through Central Park, Admirals Park and along the footpath that brings you out by the crossroads at Writtle Green. We then decided to keep going through Hylands Park. As we passed Writtle church, where C was, we couldn’t hear the bells at all. They should have been going an hour by then, so I guessed, turned out correctly, they’d fired out and stopped. We carried on walking through Hylands, around the formal gardens then down the field at the back of the house, round the lake and back up to Widford Church. then the boring bit along the main roads. Stopped off in Tesco to buy treats, then home. Overall our walk took just over 3 hours and was nearly 8 miles. It was a lovely day for it and R and I chatted about all sorts of things.

As I haven’t done any workouts for 3 days, it was good to have a long walk and get some exercise in. I definitely started to get achy legs as we neared home and stiffened up after I’d sat down for a while.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Make the most of R before she goes back home today.
2) Finish off food prep by adding salad to the lunch boxes.
3) Quarter peal attempt this evening.
My desired emotion for today is:
Relaxed.

She really is good entertainment. Full of interesting stories and unusual knowledge. We talked about her course, her funding, her dissertation, her friends, her activities, her plans, her tv schedule, all sorts.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Conversational skills. Asking better questions, listening more, and remembering more of what people tell me.
