My current thoughts are:
New week ahead. New food from the app to try. New opportunities for growth, learning, action, positivity and momentum. Hopefully be able to make a start on one of my latest pieces of work if someone has sent me the details. I practiced Charm the Room techniques over the weekend when I met new people and the conversation flowed and was interesting. Need to encompass that in every day conversations with people I already know too.
My physical state is:

Had 5 days off workouts so ready to get back to it. Wasn’t completely devoid of exercise altogether, but not hardcore, pulse raising stuff.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Trying new app recipes for breakfast and lunch.
2) Walk and podcast if its dry.
3) Focus on action.
My desired emotion for today is:
Productive.

Lovely last day with R yesterday.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
Funny conversations, more walking together, fabulous lunch, and she did some ringing before we dropped her off at a railway station on her way back to Kingston. Now her dissertation is done, she’ll have more free time when she’s not working, we could meet up.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Getting back on to cycle workouts and really focussing on strength and weight loss.

I actually made good/better food choices when eating out this weekend. Overall weight gain only 1lb!
