My current thoughts are:
Have finished listening to the Why Don’t You…. short series podcast from Tonga Leigh, of SOSI fame, and the classes on How to Live Your Style. I took the style quiz and came out as a Classic, no surprises there. I’m trying to remember the threads of the classes when I choose an outfit each day, activities permitting: 1) Colour, 2) texture, 3) patterns, 4) details and 5) contrast. It would probably be a bit garish to try to have all 5 elements in one outfit, unless that was your signature style so I always try to think of at least 3 of them at any one time.

first workout in 5 days coming up tonight. Cannot wait.

1) Trying to be stylish.
2) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
3) Workout time.

Ringing seemed to fly by and we rang some more complex methods, for us for a Monday night, anyway. Lots rung, everyone got something for their ability and to stretch them a bit. The boys only y stayed for 2 pints, so we were home earlier too!
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
I days left of this cycle and I’ve only done each of the 5 workouts once so far. Need to get 4 workouts in the bag this week. The weekends are normally the issue because we always have so much else going on. There are times when I could have done a workout and not though, so I need to be more disciplined at not bailing out.
Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Not going to make any progress unless I put the work in and stop making excuses. I could workout at a slightly different time of day if it fitted in. It doesn’t always have to be after 4pm.
