My current thoughts are:
Did some solid pieces of work yesterday. Having listened to the SOSI class on the Joyful Hustle, I decided to try the Pomodoro technique of deep work for at least 30 minutes then a 5 minute break. That way it broke chunks of work into more manageable pieces, meant I could focus without distraction then take a mindful step away, realign and go again. Quite an interesting experiment but successful, so I’ll try it again today.
My physical state is:

Thoroughly enjoyed my first workout in 5 days yesterday. Was a bit short on time so had to fast forward through the second set of the first section, but otherwise did all the rest and all the reps. Felt so much better afterwards.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Experiment with the Pomodoro technique again.
2) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
3) Workout strong and hard.
My desired emotion for today is:
Achievement.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
Felt good after my workout and ready to take on the learners practice. G and M both did well adjusting to call changes on higher numbers, helped by A, D & J being there too. It also meant we got try some more plain hunting for them. The first step into proper method ringing.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Solid deep work achieved. Tasks ticked off the to do list.
