Selected my outfit for work today last night as I got dressed after the shower from my workout. Picked out the leather skirt and burgundy lace top. This morning however, I decided that’s not what I wanted to wear today after all. Ended up with navy trousers, plain white tshirt style blouse and long navy cardigan. Bit more casual, but still stylish and smart.
My physical state is:

My physical state is a result of:
Possibly my favourite of favourite workouts last night. 30 moves in 30 minutes, 40 on 20 rest, all the way through. Cardio, strength then abs moves in rotation. Hit every move, even did proper chest to floor, jumpy burpees. Loved it.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
2) Repeating the Pomodoro technique today.
3) Workout later.
My desired emotion for today is:
Joyful.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
Set my phone timer for 30 mins deep work then 10 mins break. It was actually quite hard to ignore the phone and other distractions at first but it did actually worked. Managed to get 3 rounds of that in before a 2hr meeting with someone, then an hour Zoom call, followed by another one later. It really helped focus the mind for writing a paper. Going to try it again today.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Get ready to plan for a healthy weekend not undo all the effort this week has achieved.
