My current feeling:
Relieved.

My current thoughts are:
A busy, business weekend complete. Quarter peal was successful and I actually enjoyed it and didn’t make a mistake. Got all food prep done, and most of a huge pile of ironing, only the bed linen left to do. Sent various emails and conducted a reasonably sensible late meeting. Looking forward to today, back at work experimenting further with the Pomodoro technique. No learners practice so I’m hoping to fit in a workout prior to normal practice this evening.

My physical state is:
Ready.

My physical state is a result of:
My last 5 days before checking into the Advanced Plus cycles. Need to keep these extra lbs off this week. Aiming for 4 workouts before then.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Tasting new food choices not made before.
2)  Lunchtime walk and podcast.
3)  Workout before ringing.

My desired emotion for today is:
Prepared.

I am a woman who:
Plans ahead.

Today I will let go of:
Excuses.

Today I choose to add:
Progress.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Last nights quarter peal was actually quite enjoyable.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I suppose you always enjoy things more when they go well. I didn’t make any mistakes, whilst some of those more experienced than I did. I actually felt it was over quicker than I anticipated.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Double down on workouts and good food and really get some good results this check in.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Funny how now C believes me when I said the iron keeps cutting out and blowing the fuses for no reason. When its happened before he’s said it’s because I’ve filled it up whilst it was plugged in, or I did something to make it happen. Funny how thats changed now because he actually witnessed it yesterday when I was just ironing and it did it again. Now, of course he’s looking to buy a new one!
