Sleepy

My current feeling:
Sleepy.

My current thoughts are:
Could have slept in longer this morning, very easily. Don’t know whether it’s because its dark out in the mornings, I’m waking up at 4 or 5am (even though I go back to sleep quickly), too much exercise yesterday, or what.

My physical state is:
Tired.

My physical state is a result of:
Did my favourite of favourites workout last night and really pushed the reps and weight. Did a full round of full chest to floor burpees. I love that combo of cardio, strength and abs in this workout.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1)  Lunchtime walk and podcast.
2)  New SOSI content to catch up on.
3)  Shopping list day, another opportunity to explore healthy food choices for the week ahead.

My desired emotion for today is:
Relaxed.

I am a woman who:
Is changing her body, mind and surroundings.

Today I will let go of:
anyone else’s opinion that doesn’t align with my values.

Today I choose to add:
Serenity.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Learners did well at Writtle last night.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
Took G and M over to Writtle as we couldn’t practice at the Cathedral. It’s the first time M had been there. They both had several goes at call changes on 8 and 10 and M, in particular, did very well. As there were 4 more experienced ringers there, me. C, H & J, the locals were also able to ring things they wouldn’t normally get to do.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Really max out these last few days on this cycle of food and workouts.

Relaxed, homely styling today.
