My current feeling:

My current thoughts are:
Yesterday I said how I felt undecided about whether or not I’d do a workout and I’d almost pretty much decided not to. Then I started to think about when I’d realistically be able to fit the next one in over the weekend. Not today, for sure, and only maybe early on Saturday. But I wanted to meet my weekly goal and I wanted to round, this cycle off well by having completed all the workouts in it the maximum number of times I could. On my drive home I remembered there was a short 15 minute HIIT session on this cycle I hadn’t tried yet, so decided that would be enough for what I felt my body could manage, and still, round this cycle off well. Best decision ever. Just 15 minutes of movement kept my muscles and joints working, raised my heart rate enough and got me in a happier mood, having reached my weekly goal. I must be a true exercise convert.

My physical state is:
Relaxed.

My physical state is a result of:
Having done enough exercise to keep things moving, yet not too much that I feel stiff and sore this morning for the day ahead.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1)  fitting in my steps for the day.
2) Last day of eating sensibly ahead of check in tomorrow.
3)  ringing well for a peal attempt this afternoon.

My desired emotion for today is:
successful.

I am a woman who:
can hold her own.

Today I will let go of:
rushing about.

Today I choose to add:
joyful hustle.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Sticking to the plan.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I think this cycle in particular I have made the most progress in a single cycle. I’ve found the workouts have been pushing my confidence to do certain moves and then acknowledging that I can, and therefore will continue to do them, rather than swap them out for something easier. I have tried to lift heavier as often as I can and either dropping down in order to maintain good form, or pushing through til the beeper.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Want to maximise efforts for a good check in and review all the new workouts and recipes. Have a game plan for maxing efforts for the first Advanced Plus cycle.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Feeling really determined now. Can really start to feel and see the difference. I think I’ve made great progress this time. Time to capitalise on it.
