Which is a bonus. Last night was a very late night, and one of the speeches went on for over half an hour, at the end of the evening, so nearly sent everyone to sleep. People were definitely getting fidgety. We got home around 12:30am and went straight to bed. I don’t remember laying awake too long. Needless to say I could have done with another hour in bed, but get up, and get on we must.
My physical state is:

Having said all that, my body feels ready for action even if my eyes and head feel sleepy. I may even try a new cycle workout this afternoon.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Prepping delicious, nutritious food for the week ahead.
2) Clearing the ironing pile, now I have a new iron.
3) Watching the rest of Mrs Harris Goes to Paris.
My desired emotion for today is:
Prepared.

I spoke to people I wanted to, and avoided those I needed to.

Thankfully I was sat between C and another localish ringer, and had some really interesting conversations with him about sailing, one of his hobbies, and ringing. He was interested in R and what she’s doing, having never met her. I spoke to people I wanted to throughout the evening and avoided those I didn’t want to be near.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Get back to my style. Focus on what I wear and how I put an outfit together. I did buy a new long coat yesterday in this seasons colours, which also happens to be my favourite colour and in my colour palette.
