My current feeling:
Regretful.
My current thoughts are:
Mildly. I didn’t do a workout in the end yesterday, despite having the opportunity. Instead, I chose to relax and read, and take time to rejuvinate my tired body form the night before. I did get my steps in, and of course do some bellringing, but enjoyed just chilling out.
My physical state is:
Optimised.

Ready to get to it, although no workout this evening because of early learners practice. Will plan when I can workout throughout this week.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
2) Healthy, nutritious, warming food.
3) Pomodoro technique application to productivity.

Something popped up in my social feeds that described itself as the Duolingo for art history. I installed the app and had a look around but not sure it’s the right fit for me, so uninstalled it again. Then I got curious as to whether there were any history app, podcasts etc. Found several podcasts I’ve subscribed to and hopefully learn more.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
I want to have a more productive week at work and start writing up all these notes from various conversations.

Good, positive and constructive conversation with my fellow CC Reps last night, into how we can improve communication to members about the CC and what it does, but also how people can get involved. The thoughts I’d circulated seemed to be well received and actions taken away by everyone.
