My current thoughts are:
Was completely focused at work yesterday. Typed up all the notes from the first set of interviews I’d done. I used the Pomodoro technique again, setting a timer on my phone. It was a really productive way to get the work done. When home, I did the first workout of the Advanced Plus series and we had a really good learners practice. I feel ready to tack the the day ahead today.

My physical state is a result of:
The first workout in the Advanced Plus cycles was a push, but actually felt like a nice introduction to them. I suspect it might be a rouse for things to come. I managed every exercise, fully, every round. Felt energised and surprised, given it was one first one I’d done for 3 days.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
2) Planning breakfast and lunch menus for next week.
3) Haircut this evening.
My desired emotion for today is:
Light.

Got lots of notes written up ready to start shaping into the final report. Did an excellent workout and felt great afterwards. Learners did reallly well this evening, all of them being pushed to achieve something.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Out for dinner with colleagues tomorrow night so need to make good food choices.

How funny Rebecca and I turned up in the same dress at work. Styled differently but exactly the same colour and shape. Clearly two women of impeccable taste!
