End of the working week for me. Last night had my haircut. It was a bit weird to be at the hairdressers that time of night, especially as I wasn’t going anywhere afterwards. And, when I came away, it was tipping it down with rain, so all her hard work perfectly blow drying my hair was wasted. Even though it only took me 3 minutes to get home, I got thoroughly soaked. Anyway, it felt quite luxurious to be ending my day with a bit of pampering. New hairstyle, new sass. Wearing a short, low cut wrap over dress today. Shows the top of my bra off if I let it. It will do for work and tonight’s night out with the girls.

My physical state is a result of:
Feeling the effects of the first two workouts from Advanced Plus. Really threw myself right at it last night. Only a bodyweight HIIT but fully engaged. Heart rate in Peak Zone for 13 minutes, longest its even been there. Felt fab afterwards.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
2) Wrapping up the working week.
3) Night out with colleagues.
My desired emotion for today is:
Fun.

They’ve been in there current location 20 years and had decorated the shop up and were giving out free gifts of hair product samples. It was a lovely, lively, happy place to be.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Dentist tomorrow. Not looking forward to it, but necessary part of self care. Even if she says I need any work done she won’t do it there and then.

Looking forward to this evening. Should be good fun. As usual, I have gifts for them to remind them they are Queens and to hold themselves in that despite whatever else is going on.
