My current feeling:
On a roll.
My current thoughts are:
It’s been a busy week, something happening every evening. And the weekend is going to be full on too. Last night we were showing a Scout group the bells and a bit of ringing as part of their sleepover at the Cathedral. They all seemed to enjoy it. Today I’m helping out at a recruitment open day in Maldon. Not sure what my specific duties will be til I get there, but it should be fun.
My physical state is:
Sore.
My physical state is a result of:
My upper arms and shoulders have taken a beating in workouts so far this week. I had intended to try to do today’s workout first thing this morning, but when I woke up I felt my body needed more time to adjust, so I’ll do it when I get back from Maldon this afternoon.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Support the open day and hopefully sign up some recruits.
2) Have prepped a smoothie for lunch.
3) Food prep for next week and a workout later.
My desired emotion for today is:
Joyful.
I am a woman who:
Likes talking about bellringing.
Today I will let go of:
Leadership
Today I choose to add:
Support.
My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Enjoying the workouts so far this cycle.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
Three in the bag so far. Pushing harder and heavier. Really starting to be able to do the harder moves more regularly and feeling the effects.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Need to relearn a method for a peal attempt tomorrow afternoon.
Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Hopefully next week won’t be so manic!
