My current feeling:
Motivated.
My current thoughts are:
Caught up with writing my notes from coding conversations yesterday and listened in on a training session. Also met up with a colleague for a good chat over a coffee. I hope it helped her offload a bit during a very stressful period. I have a bit more focus for what I’m doing now, and hoping my boss had a chance to speak to colleagues so I can initiate conversation next week.
My physical state is:
Grateful.
My physical state is a result of:
A short legs, bums and tums workout last night. Low intensity, so hardly raised a sweat or my heartrate, and only 20 minutes. I almost thought about doing it twice! It was a good, simple start to this weeks workouts.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
2) Draft a business case based on latest discussions.
3) Plain healthy food for the coming week.
My desired emotion for today is:
Directive.

Good learners practice last night.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
Got them both to practice looking around for bells coming in different orders. They rang the tenor behind and treble, whilst the rest of us rang plain hunt and plain bob minimus in the middle.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Make sure I understand what’s going on across the services as eveyone else is off for half term.
