My current thoughts are:
Ready for an active weekend at my sisters. Fortunately I got her into the Body Coach app so she’s wanting to workout with me today and tomorrow. And any food she’s preparing is from the app. She’s probably more obsessed than I am. She’s got a job for C to do so that’ll keep him occupied. There’ll be ringing this evening and Sunday morning, and she’ll have planned somewhere to go tomorrow. Lots of walking too I expect.
My physical state is:

Last nights planned workout was a short 15min full body strength session. I felt so good at the end, I went back and did it again a second time. J wants us to workout together this weekend so it’ll be something from her level of the plan, but she’s also got a dodgy knee at the moment, so it may be limited to upper body ones only. Perhaps I could persuade her into something else.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Travelling to spend the weekend with my sister and BIL.
2) Offloading 3 sacks of clothes to her, for her to take what she wants, then donate the rest.
3) Taking some on plan brownie bites as a gift to share.
My desired emotion for today is:
Flowing.

Laid back relaxation.

Feeling really good right now.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I’m feeling really relaxed right now. Had a good day at the office, excellent workout and a quiet evening, which gave me a chance to unwind properly. The weekend is all taken care of so I don’t need to worry about what to do, where to be etc.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Add some elegance to the everyday.
