My current feeling
Chilled.

My current thoughts are:
Long journey to Wantage yesterday. Roadworks and slow traffic all the way. We ended up stopping off where we hadn’t intended for a wee and a quick lunch. More roadworks later we still got there at 4pmish. Too late to do a workout. Although in my mind we had plenty of time as we didn’t need dinner so early as we weren’t going out til 7-30pm. J made a Body Coach dinner which was nice, then we went ringing. The practice was good, busy and varied. C and l rang a lot and they managed ring things they may not have usually done. Very convivial locals who invited everyone back to theirs for wine, beer, tea, coffee, water, etc. Was about 11.30pm by the time we got back, so we all went straight to bed.

My physical state is:
Anticipating.

My physical state is a result of:
I did go for a walk with J last night ather dinner, but didn’t get to workout. Hopefully today we’ll get to workout together but it’ll be something I can do. We’ll probably be going for a good walk somewhere too if the weather is nice.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1)  Mostly eating Body Coach meals thanks to J and A also doing BC.
2)  Wander around Wantage marketplace.
3) workout with my big sister.

My desired emotion for today is:
Relaxed.

I am a woman who:
is happy to go along with whatever.

Today I will let go of:
Rushing about.

Today I choose to add:
Flow.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Enjoyed last night.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
The practice was good, varied and fun, and afterwards for drinks at one of the locals. They are a sociable bunch and not averse to making fun of themselves.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Get a workout in with J and see how we get on together.
