My current feeling
Glad.
My current thoughts are:
Good day out walking, exercising, mostly eating healthily. We took a leisurely morning walking around Wantage market and had brunch. Then drove out to Cumnor, family seat of Amy Robsart, feted wife of Robert Dudley, favourite of Queen Elizabeth I, where she’d sent her household to the fayre 5 miles away and they came back to find her with a broken neck at the bottom of the stairs. Did she jump, was she pushed, or did she slip? Then we went to the pub after dinner and played Dominoes and another dice game. Early night and good sleep with an extra hour as the clocks go back.
My physical state is:

I decided we’d do a workout together, so we picked an old one we could both do, as we’re on different cycles. It was good fun doing it together and pushing each other on.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Ringing with the Wantage locals this morning.
2) Pub lunch then homeward.
3) Food prep for the coming week.
My desired emotion for today is:
Relaxed.
I am a woman who:
can unwind.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
There was a little, unsaid, competition between us as we worked out together. J was trying to match me rep for rep, and I made sure I did full pushups and burpees. She felt more motivated afterwards as she’s been struggling with a bad knee for a few weeks.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Fully plan meals to include the weekends. That’s where I usually fall foul, and undo what I’ve done during the week.
