My current feeling
Intrigued.
My current thoughts are:
Back to work this week. When I left last week there were discussions being had about the Health Records move to decide when it would take place based on the phased release of the building. It will be interesting to hear how those thoughts resolved. I’m the only one of the Senior team in this week, everyone else has taken half term off. A little bit of a demonstration of lack of co-ordination, and expectations. Surely at least one operational lead should be in at some point to cover things, even if they split the week between them. I will be finishing up the coding interviews this week.
My physical state is:
Achy.
My physical state is a result of:
From a long walk in the morning to a long sit in the car all the way home via some rerouting. Slept better though.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
2) Back to full on healthy food and hydration.
3) Wearing an outfit that looks good on me, and reflects feminine classic style and elegance.
My desired emotion for today is:
Motivated.
I am a woman who:
wants to get back to the sweet spot.
Today I will let go of:
Negative energy.
Today I choose to add:
Brightness.
My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Got ready for the week ahead.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
When we got home I had to do my food prep for the week ahead. There was also a meeting at 8pm I needed to listen in on. I was going to be late to the meeting, so I let the organiser know. I got all my baking and food done in about an hour and a half, so was only about half an hour late to the meeting. I didn’t really follow what was going on, so I’ll have to wait until the notes come out. I would have thought C would have been listening in.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
I want to get back to feminine elegance and wealthy experiences. Seem to have left them behind a bit in favour of focussing on health. We’ve booked a couple of events in over the next few months as a start.
Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Get back to the sweet spot.
