My current feeling
Grateful.

My current thoughts are:
As an NHS employee we often get poor pay and working environments but sometimes there are perks. Today they are offering staff flu and covid booster jabs. Partly to try to stop staff going off sick with them, I suspect. They dress it up as being your duty to patients not to infect them but there are self preservation aims too. Whatever, it means its easy for me to got it done whilst at work.

My physical state is:
Open minded.

My physical state is a result of:
Did a good 30 minute body sculpt session last night. Not terribly high impact but still sweaty. Not sure if I’d be up to much this evening if I have dead arms. I’ve put something abs and lower body into the planner, but see how I feel overall.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
2) Get jabs to protect myself against flu and covid.
3) Lazy evening, workout if I feel up to it.

My desired emotion for today is:
Chilled.

I am a woman who:
Has one more day in the office before a week off.

Today I will let go of:
Anything in the diary for next week.

Today I choose to add:
Relaxation.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Good coaching session yesterday.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
Finally had a first coaching session with a new coachee yesterday. They want help with building confidence at work and setting boundaries. We explored their current situation and a lot of it is because they have clinically diagnosed OCD. They shed a tear but I could see by the end there was some hope of how to use that instead of trying to hide from it.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Get a shopping list together of what to get ahead of holiday.

Take some time out.
