My current feeling
Elated.
My current thoughts are:
Very quiet day at the office. Popped over to get my flu and covid jobs in the morning. Both given in the same arm, so only one arm feels sore and stiff. Only woke me up once in the night. I’m now on leave for a week so don’t need to worry about that for a while. Have a day to do whatever I want today. No appointments, meetings or bookings.
My physical state is:
Sore and stiff.
My physical state is a result of:
Left arm is definitely sore and stiff after my jabs, and the middle of my back seems to be a little sore, or DOMS, or pulled muscle or something. Definitely twinging when I twist. Glad I did a workout last night, even though I had to find one with fewer arm moves. I did manage some push ups, mountain climbers, but took a hard pass on the burpees.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Don’t need to be anywhere or do anything in particular today.
2) Do a bit of pre holiday shopping.
3) Workout this afternoon, then relax.
My desired emotion for today is:
Slow and easy.
I am a woman who:
isn’t in a hurry.
Today I will let go of:
Rushing about.
Today I choose to add:
slow and steady.

Prepared an on plan breakfast for today.
The thoughts that support my celebrations
Fridays and the weekends are when I tend to wander off plan. I’m less organised, or stick to routine, and often there’s lots going on. Last night I prepped breakfast for this morning to ensure I start the day well.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Elegance and femininity for holiday packing.
