My current feeling
Anxious.
My current thoughts are:
After yesterday’s day of relaxation and entertainment, I feel myself a little anxious about today and unsure why. There’s service ringing this morning and a peal attempt of a method I know well this afternoon, and a meeting this evening about next year’s AGM. That’s the only bit I could be slightly anxious about really, as they don’t seem terribly engaged or really understand how it needs to work. There’s a lengthy email I need to read beforehand too.
My physical state is:
Rested.
My physical state is a result of:
After yesterday’s massage my neck and shoulders are a bit sore where they were pummeled, but otherwise a slow day.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Walk into town for ringing.
2) Get my exercise in the form of lots of ringing today.
3) Be prepared and ready for this evening’s meeting.
My desired emotion for today is:
Successful.
I am a woman who:
Prepares for success.
Today I will let go of:
Animosity.
Today I choose to add:
Quiet.

An evening of classical music.
The thoughts that support my celebrations
Vivaldi’s Four Seasons at the Cathedral last night. Was really good. Excellent performance of recognisable music. Toe tapping stuff. Really enjoyed it.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Clear emails out before we go away for a few days.
