Crashed through a whole load of admin yesterday, some planned, some extra whilst I was on a roll. Being home meant I was also able to fit in a workout before ringing. Read lots too. Was really quite an enjoyable day. Made sure I ate well and got exercise in, even if I didn’t get many steps in. Sorted all my holiday outfits out ready to pack. I did listen to this month’s SOSI class on mindful excellence but wasn’t really paying attention (the irony not lost on me!) so will have to do it again another day.

Really enjoyed my workout yesterday. I pushed myself quite hard and did all the exercises, all the reps. I wanted to make it really count ahead of not being able to do much for the rest of the week and check in on Saturday.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Travel in style.
2) Visit somewhere of interest enroute.
3) Begin four days of wealthy experiences.
My desired emotion for today is:
Luxurious travel.

Thinking about how far I’ve come since I joined the Body Coach app about 18mths ago. Exercise has become a regular part of my life again and l miss it when I can’t do it. Its also opened up healthier eating habits too.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:

Can’t believe I only found out last night that I can turn the wing mirrors in on my car. I’ve had it 10years! It’s like having a new toy!
