Fantastic

My current feeling:
Fantastic.

My current thoughts are:
Lovely day of culture yesterday. Three fascinating museums: Wilberforce House (the slavery abolishinist), Hull street life, and the local archaelogy museums. Followed by the Art Gallery, all free, and very interesting, although none of them had guide books. We had a lovely Italian meal, not too heavy and alcohol tree, before going to a cinema to watch Heretic. We must have walked about 4.5 miles.

My physical state is:
Incredible.

My physical state is a result of:
I’d bought some workout gear, so decided, as it was C’s turn to set up first, I’d do a workout whilst he was in the shower. I opted for a 15min full body burner. Last time I did a workout first thing I felt unwell and had dizzy spells. As I haven’t had a spell in a long time, I thought I’d chance it. I felt fine. Soon got a sweat on and felt good afterwards.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Early morning workout.
2)  Explore Lincoln.
3)  Make healthy eating choices.

My desired emotion for today is:
Epic. More culture and more exercise.

I am a woman who:
Enjoys exploring.

Today I will let go of:
Complaints.

Today I choose to add:
Enquiry.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Can’t believe I’ve done a workout before 7.30am!

The thoughts that support my celebrations
Luckily we have a ground floor room so I’m not thumping up and down on the floor above someone else. There’s also plenty of room to move about. I really enjoyed it.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Healthy eating choices and not overdo the alcohol.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Hopefully turned a corner regarding early morning workouts. It would make things so much easier at weekends.
