My current feeling:
Excellent.

My current thoughts are:
Loved exploring Lincoln yesterday. The Arboretum was beautiful in autumnal colours. Never been to the castle before, and we wandered around the Cathedral, before a coffee and back to our hotel for dinner. I have found it hard to find good healthy food to eat, especially as during the day we tend to snack rather than eat lunch.

My physical state is:
Loving it.

My physical state is a result of:
Walked over 7 miles yesterday. Did another workout this morning with no ill side effects. I did miss out the burpees though as I’d probably have got carpet burn.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) More exploring houses, gardens and other interesting places.
2)  Another early morning workout.
3)  Finding somewhere for dinner.

My desired emotion for today is:
Exploratory.

I am a woman who:
shows up.

Today I will let go of:
Laziness.

Today I choose to add:
Motion.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
There was quite the hill to walk up.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
From the Arboretum to the castle and cathedral there was quite a hill to climb. C decided to take a short cut up some steps. I didn’t count them, but I did manage to climb them all in one go. I was out of breath at the top and my thighs were burning but I recovered quickly.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Head home relaxed and happy to go back.
