My current feeling:
Relieved.
My current thoughts are:
I’ve had a lovely few days away but I’m relieved to be heading home today. We’ve explored some interesting places, done lots of walking, eating and drinking, and I even managed a couple of workouts. But, I shall be glad to be home in my own space and get back to some sense of routine, sensible eating and hydration and exercise, and in my own bed.
My physical state is:
Bloated.
My physical state is a result of:
Dread to think how much weight I’ve put on in 4 days and how long it will take to shift, but I know I’ll shift it and get back to healthy eating etc.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Drive home.
2) Sensible food shop for the next few days.
3) District Quiz night.
My desired emotion for today is:
Relaxed.
I am a woman who:
is ready to get back to it.

Worrying about the extra weight.

Routine.

Checked in to the next advanced plus cycle. I’d taken my photos and measurements before we came away. Looking forward to exploring new workouts and food options.

Hydration. I’ve barely drunk enough water these last few days.
